This just in:  Rev. Fred Klett, Director of CHAIM Ministry to the Jewish People and pastor of Rock of Israel Messianic Congregation in Philadelphia, reports the following:  "The new head of the Central Conference of American Rabbis, i.e. Reform Judaism, is an openly homosexual woman. The prayer book is being changed to accommodate gay marriage. Leviticus 18:22 says: "A man shall not lie with a man as with a woman; It is an abomination." How ironic that a Jew who believes in Jesus and keeps the moral Commandments of the Torah, as well as Jewish holidays, is considered having left the Jewish faith, but a gay rabbi can be the head of a major branch of Judaism."

Clearly, a major branch of modern Judaism  has lost its moral bearings according to many, even in the JEWISH Community, and regarding the Central Conference of American Rabbis, "Messianic" Jews (Jewish-Christians) see in this a double standard. Hot topic, isn't it?
What do YOU think, and why do you think it?

This Thursday night's LIVE call-in pod-cast at www.scripturesdramatized.com

Welcoming Back the Prodigal Son Who hasn't heard of the Parable of the Prodigal Son? It's one of the most well-know parables that Christ ever gave. But the parable's only called by that name because of church tradition. Jesus never called it that. It's just as legitimate to call it "The Parable of the Loving Father." Why? Because it's all ABOUT the loving father: HE's the main character, not the son, and he should get all the credit. Christ gave this parable as a way of talking about His OWN Father, His HEAVENLY Father, welcoming back with great joy His sons and His daughters who have really made a mess of things in life. He wipes their slates clean, and treats them as if He has no remembrance of their offenses against Him. Join me, your host Rev. Rick Anderson this Thursday 9:30 pm DST, on "Jewish Roots", a LIVE Internet pod-cast  through  www.blogtalkradio.com/fougcrew.  On listen through www.scripturesdramatized.com.
